You can easily initiate a cancellation by calling our helpline, sending us a WhatsApp message, or emailing us before the dispatch. Refunds will be initiated to your 'My Wallet' account, or if you prefer, they can also be processed to your credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods. It's important to note that in such instances, the refund will be issued directly by the bank, and Mee Mee won't have direct control over the refund process. In cases where we detect any suspicious or fraudulent transactions, or if a transaction violates the terms and conditions of using the Website / Mobileapp, Mee Mee reserves the right to cancel such orders at its sole discretion. We will maintain a record of fraudulent transactions and customers, and access to the Website / Mobileapp may be denied or orders placed by such customers may be canceled.
Returns & Replacement
If you encounter any issues with the product, such as receiving a damaged or defective item, or facing similar concerns, you can request a replacement within 7 days of the product's delivery. For larger products, we might also offer the option of part replacement to expedite the process smoothly.
Once we receive the original product at our facility and it passes our quality inspection, we will proceed to ship the replacement product.
For a return to be valid, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging with intact tags. It should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unassembled, and in its original state without any scratches or dents.
In the case of a replacement due to damage issues, only the damages reported will be taken into consideration during the quality check.
We will arrange the pickup of the product through a reputable courier company. If your PIN code isn't serviceable for return pickup, we kindly ask you to arrange the shipping of the product. Upon receipt of the product, we will reimburse shipping charges, up to a maximum of Rs. 500.
